In 2006 I started my career as a business owner. From day one, I have been passionate about the vision and systems behind running a thriving business.

I spent 10 years building a successful real estate business and during that time I also co-founded a local charity. Those years taught me a lot about work life balance, the importance of systems, marketing and self-branding. For 2 ½ years I owned a franchise store front business which was a unique experience that gave me the opportunity to develop a skillset for creating my own identity and brand within an existing model and learning the ins and outs of having a store front and managing product sales. I’ve also spent time developing service offerings from scratch including courses, worksheets, speeches and coaching services.

I enjoy working with business owners to help them establish their vision for their company and then build out processes and systems to help them bring that vision to life. My experience has taught me the importance of looking at our whole lives, not just the business and how to identify personalized measurements of success.
